The 2nd annual Humarock Late Summa Paddle is part of the
2011 Cape Cod Bay Challenge Event Series.
The event consists of a 5-6 mile costume oriented
stand-up paddleboard cruise on the North River and coastal shoreline
(conditions dependent) and followed by a rockin party at the Marshfield Yacht
with great live music. The goal of the event is to raise money and awareness
for our charity of choice, Christopher's Haven. Check it out at

Event Timing
The paddle
will start at 2:00pm. Please be at the Marshfield Yacht Club at least ONE HOUR
before the start. Full costumes are highly encouraged. The party will
start after the paddle…around 5pm and will run until 10PM or later……
Location & Parking
The Marshfield Yacht Club is located on Ridge
Road in Marshfield, MA. Parking is available at MYC.
Boards
Boards & paddles will
NOT be provided for the paddle. You are expected to bring your own
equipment.
Safety
Safety is first and foremost
on our minds at the CCBC. Coast Guard regulations
require all participants to have a PFD (personal flotation device) with them
during the paddle. It is the paddler's responsibility to bring a PFD to the
event. They will not be provided. Please be sure to read the waiver upon registration. Any paddler who participates in the paddle does so 100%
at his or her own risk.

Day of registrations will be
accepted only if capacity allows (cash & credit card will be accepted at
the event for registration fees).
Additional Information
Registration for the Paddle/Party or the Party only INCLUDES food
(appetizers and dinner buffet thanks to Family Crest Catering) and great live
entertainment.
Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the best costumes. There
will be a ton of great gear to bid on or win in the silent auction and raffle
at the after party.

Cape Cod Bay Challenge
The Cape Cod Bay Challenge (CCBC) is a recognized not-for-profit organization that hosts a series of annual SUP events. The CCBCs primary goal is to raise money for a charitable cause: Christophers Haven, a home for kids when cancer hits home.
